Assignment & analysis
After receiving the assignment, we carefully analyze the project. We study the design, the technical preconditions, and the client's wishes. In doing so, all disciplines are coordinated at an early stage to create a solid and well-thought-out basis.
Technical preparation
During the preparatory phase, we work out the technical details of the project. Our team draws up accurate calculations, determines the optimal choice of materials, and produces feasible technical drawings. Our thorough preparation lays the foundations for an efficient and high-quality result.
Planning & coordination
Based on the technical specifications, we draw up a clear and realistic schedule. We ensure seamless coordination between all departments and external parties involved. Thanks to our structured approach, work proceeds according to plan, risks are limited, and the project remains under control.
Guidance during implementation
We remain actively involved during the implementation phase. The Technical Operations Department provides the implementation team with up-to-date information, technical support, and clear work instructions. We closely monitor progress and proactively intervene in the event of any deviations to ensure continuity and quality.
Delivery & evaluation
Upon completion of the project, we ensure careful delivery. All technical documents are checked and documented to ensure that the installation fully complies with the requirements and standards set. After delivery, we evaluate the process to continuously improve our working methods.
